The only real thing I can see that could be improved is the lineart and colouring technique. The lineart is, as you've said, shaky. To fix this you could make faster strokes, which tends to give less time for your hand to wiggle. Another tip I've found is to take the lining in small batches or sections, and to not rush it at all. As for the colouring, the edges of the markings and such are very sharp edged. If you were to smudge or these hard edges a touch it would improve the look of the piece, I would think.
But as always your anatomy is pretty much as spot on as realism gets, and I absolutely adore the shading. A commison I would be proud to be the commisioner of!
